Delivery

Delivery of goods (all parcels) in our online store is carried out directly from the European Union, from a neighboring country or directly from your country ((domestic delivery) can be determined by the delivery time of 2-4 days - delivery is carried out directly from your country)) and you will not need to go through customs control.

All parcels are shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment in an inconspicuous package.

Each order has a tracking number for the parcel, which is immediately provided to the customer by email. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, please contact us and we will resend it to you.

Country-specific delivery times: (sometimes the courier service can be a little delayed, especially in months such as November and December)

Spain: 2-4 working days -  6 EUR 
Delivery to the islands is not possible.

All other European countries: : 7-10 working days - 17 EUR

We do not send parcels to countries such as: Norway, UK, Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order until the order leaves the warehouse, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse - the order cannot be cancelled - since the pharmacist is obliged to destroy all products that have left the storage area.
