Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Prescription medications are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal or the Distance Selling Act, which allows a 14-day return period. As a result, once your order has been packed and shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Complaints

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Complaints related to allergic reactions will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Delivery Terms

We offer shipping to numerous countries, but customs issues may arise if ordering from outside the EU or EEA. We are not liable for shipments held at customs.
For orders within Spain, delivery is expected within 2-4 business days. Should any issues arise with your order, we will notify you. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
