We only collect anonymized data that cannot be directly linked to you as an individual. Thirty days after an order is placed, all personal information related to you, your order, and your address is deleted from our systems. When placing an order with us, we do not store your payment details in any system or manner. Additionally, communications with our customer service are not stored and remain anonymous.

How we use the data

In order to properly deliver your order, we need your full name, address, email, and phone number. These contact details are used solely for communication and delivery purposes. We do not retain any personal data associated with a specific phone number. Our aim is to provide top-tier customer service, so we keep data related to support interactions for up to 60 days after an order, allowing enough time to resolve potential issues. After this period, all related information is deleted from our systems.

Confidentiality

All information you provide to us is treated with strict confidentiality. Individuals who have access to your data are legally bound not to share or disclose it without your permission. This confidentiality remains in place for up to 90 days, after which all records are erased to ensure your safety and ours.

Who has access to your data?

Primarily, only you as a customer, we as the retailer, and the courier service delivering your order have access to your information. We do not share your data with any third party under any circumstances.
